Yoga is an inclusive practice for everyone and anyone wishing to connect with themselves and create a space where life can slow down for a moment. Yoga can be accessed by all ages, abilities, races, orientations, and social, economic, and religious backgrounds.
At it's very essence, Yoga is a practice of self-discovery, that allows us the opportunity to relax, connect with the breath and body, and self-reflect.
My private sessions can be catered to meet your needs. My approach is trauma-informed. I recognize that we all have different experiences and triggers, and no one should feel shame and judged for them. My focus is on creating an environment that feels inviting, safe and supportive for you.
